The high performance blade and comfortable ergonomic handle makes light work of every task. The Brennan Bird and Trout comes razor sharp from heal to tip. Every knife is completely handmade to the highest of standards to give you the very finest knife on the market every aspect from design to creation is done in house by Patrick Brennan.

This model can come with a variety of exotic handle materials from bone to rare and sort after woods. Please allow up to 16 weeks for this product as this model is made bespoke.
