Non-Refundable Policy for Custom-Made Products

By purchasing custom-made or personalized products from Patrick Joseph, customers agree that these items are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes all bespoke knives and personalized jewellery, which are crafted to the customer’s specific requirements.

Order Cancellations

Orders for custom-made items cannot be cancelled or amended once production has started. Customers will be notified when production begins, and any cancellation requests after this point will not be eligible for a refund, as per Irish Consumer Law (Consumer Rights Act 2022).

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If a custom-made item is damaged during transit or faulty upon delivery, we will offer a replacement or repair. If the replacement is found to be faulty, the customer may be entitled to a refund, as required by law. Customers must notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returns

Custom-made items cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with the specifications chosen by the customer. We ensure full communication of the design and specifications before starting production to avoid any misunderstandings.

Communication of Terms

These terms are communicated to the customer at the point of sale, and by proceeding with an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees.
