The Commissioning Process
Your journey begins with a phone call or face-to-face meeting with Patrick to discuss your ideas. He’ll explore your inspiration, preferred materials, and any special elements you’d like to include.
Patrick will then craft bespoke design drawings for your approval, refining the concept until it perfectly matches your vision. Once finalized, Patrick begins handcrafting your unique custom knife or personalised cooking knife in his Kilkenny studio.
