The commissioning process commences with a phone call or face-to-face meeting with Patrick to discuss your ideas. Patrick will ask whether you have an inspiration for your piece, if there are particular types of materials you like, and whether you would like to incorporate any special elements.

Patrick will then work with you to create a bespoke design and produce drawings of the proposed piece for you to see. There may be tweaks and changes to the design depending on your preferences and the practicalities of making the piece. Once you are happy with the drawings, Patrick can then get to work on bringing the design to life.

In his studio forge in Kilkenny, Patrick will lovingly hand-craft each component of your customised commission to create a timeless piece of such beauty and uniqueness that it will be cherished for generations.
